Population Health Specialist

Population Health Position
The ideal candidate will contribute to a collaborative team promoting population health and wellbeing through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and evidence-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement high-impact health promotion strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with community groups to promote healthy behaviors and reduce harm related to vaping.
- Collaborate with the Community Engagement team to design and deliver education programs addressing climate change impacts on health.
- Coordinate place-based health promotion activities at a population level, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Undergraduate qualification in public health, health promotion, or a related health field.
- Demonstrate expertise in coordinating population health promotion activities, including planning, implementation, community engagement, co-design, and evaluation.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
