Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook diverse breakfast dishes with flair and creativity.
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring timely food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure stock rotation and minimum wastage following standard procedures.
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy, washing all dishes during service.
  • Assist with in-house functions, restaurant, and cafe food as required.
  • Maintain equipment, reporting any issues to the Food Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in buffet breakfast service is preferred.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality food while maintaining set food costs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Great planning and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and go above and beyond for guests.
