In terms of food, Wests New Lambton Restaurants are home to incredible dining options including our Chophouse Grill, Emerald Gardens, Chocolate Café as well as Breakfast on the Terrace.**Breakfast on the Terrace**:

- Enjoy a delicious breakfast spread of assorted healthy options to kick start your day.**Chophouse Grill**:

- For those big, meaty American flavours cooked to perfection, dine at Chophouse Grill.**Emerald Gardens** - Wander through the beautiful brass gates and discover a world of authentic Asian cuisine.**Chocolate Café** - Perfectly situated amongst our restaurants, the Chocolate Café is perfect for a little trip to chocolate heave.We are seeking a casual Breakfast Attendant for our front of house operations. As a Breakfast Attendant, your duties include, but are not be limited to:Providing friendly customer service to our hotel guests.
-Table service, taking orders and answering any menu queries.
-Preparation of coffees and hot beverages
-High level food delivery.
-Operation of tills and cash handling.
-Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed.
-Clearing tables and cleaning duties.

This casual position will require availability for a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster. Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holiday and school holiday periods) is essential.**Certifications**

**About you**

We are seeking passionate Food and Beverage staff with table service experience gained within a restaurant environment. Good knowledge experience barista experience in a restaurant or café setting will be highly regarded. You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy position.**What we offer**
