At our hotel, we are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. If you love starting the day with exceptional breakfast dishes and thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality and customer satisfaction come first, then this could be the perfect role for you.

The ideal candidate will have experience in buffet breakfast service and be able to deliver consistent, high-quality food while maintaining set food costs. They will also be able to work in conjunction with our service teams to ensure quality product and service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Prepare, cook and serve food for the breakfast buffet showing variety and flair.">
  • Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control procedures.">
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy.">
  • Assist with in-house functions, restaurant and cafe food as required.">
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned.">
