Lead Care Director Opportunity

A highly respected aged care facility in Riverton, SA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Care Director to oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational functions of residential aged care, independent living units, and home care services.

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and clinical leadership across multiple care streams ensuring effective compliance with aged care quality standards. They will also mentor and support a strong clinical and care team to deliver best-practice outcomes and maintain resident satisfaction, workforce engagement, and third-party accountability.

Role Responsibilities:

What You'll Need:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience within aged care
  • In-depth knowledge of AN-ACC with strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with the Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care models
  • Valid NDIS Worker Check, Worker Orientation Module, and COVID/Flu vaccinations
