Aged Care Facility Manager

This role presents an opportunity to lead and improve aged care delivery in regional and remote communities.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing operational and clinical management of residential aged care facilities.
  • The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes is essential.

Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience in aged care management is necessary.
  • Recent experience as a Facility Manager in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ACFI, aged care funding models, and accreditation processes is expected.
