About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to oversee a high-performing team of aged care assessors. As Team Leader, you will inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional service to older Australians in their homes.

This role involves ensuring quality assessments and outcomes for clients, fostering strong community connections, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve our mission.

  • Lead a remote team with proven leadership experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and client-centered service.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local organizations to enhance our impact.
  • Travel within your region and stay hands-on with occasional assessments to maintain expertise.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience, particularly with remote teams.
  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare or social services.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to values: integrity, respect, empathy, achievement, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
  • AHPRA registration (or equivalent), a valid driver's licence, and a reliable vehicle.
