Job Title: Residential Services Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced aged care manager for a medium-sized not-for-profit facility based in the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and management of the aged care facility.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality care is provided to the highest standard.
  • Deliver optimal business outcomes and commercial results.
  • Ensure the facility is compliant with accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
  • National Police and NDIS clearances.
  • Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
