Dental Receptionist - Bayside Location


A modern, community-focused practice with a loyal patient base and a fantastic reputation in the Bayside area is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of the practice.


This role suits someone with dental reception or assisting experience who thrives in a busy environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.


  • Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations
  • Coordinate multiple clinician diaries & appointment scheduling
  • Process payments, HICAPS claims, invoices, and receipts
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle correspondence
  • Liaise closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily flow

Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous dental reception or assisting experience is essential


  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, warm manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with dental software experience
  • Discreet, reliable, and team-oriented
