Do you have previous experience successfully leading and managing multiple teams in Employment Services contract delivery? Join APM as a Regional Manager in the **Bayside** and **Peninsula** regions, where you will lead, plan, organise, resource and coordinate the regional business units to drive continued success of your Disability Employment Services teams.
**The role**
With a hands-on approach, you'll oversee revenue, service delivery and strategic business development. You'll utilise your networking ability to develop local connections with employers and community support organisations, vital to sustainable employment outcomes for your region's job seekers.
**What makes a great Regional Manager?**
You should be able to demonstrate previous success in a similar role and have a leadership approach that focuses on identifying and developing your team members’ strengths’. Key to your success is your ability to identify and implement performance improvement strategies that result in significant, measurable outcomes. Tertiary qualifications are desirable, and regional/interstate travel is required (where possible and compliant with travel guidelines).
