Dental Pricing Analyst

Job Description:

• Manage pricing strategies and contract administration to deliver accurate and timely solutions.
• Work closely with Commercial and Finance teams to ensure competitive pricing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement customer price contracts in ERP systems.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies across dental product channels.
• Maintain contract databases, monitor expirations and coordinate renewals.
• Prepare and coordinate responses to public and private sector tenders.
• Conduct margin analysis, revenue forecasting and performance reporting.
• Provide insights from market trends, competitor pricing and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal and product teams to resolve pricing or contract queries.
• Support internal audits, SOX controls and system upgrades related to pricing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in pricing contracts or tender management (healthcare/dental preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and GPOs is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
