
Front Desk Officer

The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform front desk duties with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for participating in a team environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for sensitive information.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries efficiently.
- Assist patients with their requests and refer to the appropriate person if unable to assist.
The successful applicant will have recent experience working in a reception role, preferably within a hospital setting. They must possess strong computer skills, flexibility, and a professional manner when interacting with others.
About You:- Recent experience working in a reception or administration role (ideally within a healthcare setting)
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn software quickly
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- A professional manner when communicating with patients, visitors, and staff
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration
