- Training and Development
- Assist the Outlets Manager with the training and development of all ambassadors.
- Maintain a detailed training log to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Financial Management
- Ensure that all cash float is counted at the start and conclusion of each use.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in high-volume restaurants is highly desirable.
- Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Relevant certifications or training in hospitality or a related field is an asset.
