Game Producer Opportunity">

We are seeking a highly experienced Game Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams through all production phases to ensure project goals, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, hands-on experience managing technical and digital projects, and experience managing, reviewing, and analyzing budgets and resources.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules, and other key project management artifacts, identifying and escalating potential blockers, managing change and evaluating risk, documenting meeting outcomes and allocating actions, organizing beta testing rounds, liaising with third-party production partners, monitoring analytics, and contributing to the improvement of production and development processes and tools.

As a Game Producer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, working closely with stakeholders, and driving results. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about creating unique and engaging gaming experiences.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years, 10 days sick/carer's leave, increased paid primary carer's leave, superannuation paid on unpaid leave, and more.
