Duty Manager Job Summary

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and organized Duty Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our front office functions. If you have excellent customer service skills, leadership abilities, and experience in a supervisory role, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction through effective supervision and monitoring
  • Train new team members and implement Marriott Bonvoy benefits and promotions
  • Maintain a positive work environment by leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence
Requirements:
  • Certificate III/IV in Hospitality or above
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hotel Front Office operation, with exposure to both front desk and reservations procedures
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory Front Office role
  • Excellent customer relations, problem-solving, decision making and time management skills
