Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Ambassador to join our dynamic team at Mantra on Northbourne. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and providing a warm welcome to our hotel.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience during their stay with us. You will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in resolving any issues that may arise.

You will work closely with the rest of the front office team to ensure seamless operations and provide support where needed. Your strong organizational skills and ability to multitask will be critical in maintaining high levels of service quality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and marketing. You will be trained to provide local information and recommendations to guests, enhancing their experience and building loyalty to our hotel.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively resolve issues and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, including property management software.
