As the Senior
WHS Site Advisor
you will play a pivotal role reporting directly to the CEO & COO, spearheading WHS initiatives across two industrial production areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the way with the safety Values and behaviors
Drive the development of WHS improvement programs
Conduct thorough investigations into safety-related incidents
Collaborate closely with senior management to devise comprehensive safety strategies
Deliver or coordinate training sessions
Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Health & Safety role, with a strong background in blue-collar environments
Hold relevant qualifications in WHS or a related field
Demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven track record in instilling a safety-first culture
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adept at data analysis
Hold a current driver's license and participate in occasion travel for work purposes
Must hold Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
