Cloud API Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Azure API professional with a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable APIs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Azure API Management (APIM) and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, security best practices, and DevOps methodologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing Azure API policies, developer portals, and API lifecycles, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable API integrations. Additionally, they will automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitor and troubleshoot API performance using Azure monitoring tools, and ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.
Required Skills and Experience:- Experience with Azure API Management and proficiency in RESTful API design and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and API key management, as well as experience with Azure Key Vault and RBAC.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and proficiency with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
