Cloud API Specialist Role

We seek an experienced Cloud API expert to design and implement scalable APIs using Azure API Management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deploy cloud-based APIs with a focus on security and scalability.
  • Configure and manage Azure API policies, developer portals, and API lifecycles for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient API integrations.
  • Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for streamlined operations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot API performance using Azure monitoring tools to optimize results.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience with Azure API Management and proficiency in RESTful API design and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
  • Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and API key management, including experience with Azure Key Vault and RBAC.
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and proficiency with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
