Our Team & Opportunity

The APAC Marketing Technology team plays a pivotal role in:

  • Developing and maintaining Adobe, SFMC, and AWS Experience technology
  • Collaborating with IT, Marketing, and key business stakeholders to drive engineering excellence and delivery of key priorities
  • Enabling Marketing through advancing technology solutions and assisting the adoption of existing platforms

The Delivery Manager will partner with Marketing teams to manage and lead a team of technical specialists who design, develop, test, implement, and monitor software and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Marketing Technology strategy and vision in partnering with Marketing teams
  2. Mature and build marketing platforms such as Adobe suite of tools, SFMC
  3. Deliver value realization to our Marketing partners
  4. Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew
  5. Lead sourcing partners and international teams
  6. Deliver software releases relating to the product for the business units
  7. Work closely with management to develop and implement staffing and operational plans
  8. Participate in the development of short/long-term department goals
  9. Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and overall performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience with designing and maturing the use of Marketing Technology capabilities
  • Experience within lean, agile, and continuous delivery practices
  • Leadership skills, including coaching, providing feedback, and having performance conversations
  • Ability to contribute to and understand strategic perspectives
