The program provides a unique opportunity for graduates to develop their leadership skills, gain exposure to different facets of the organization, and build a strong network of professionals within the company.
Program StructureThe program consists of three job rotations, each lasting six months, which will provide you with the opportunity to gain experience in different areas of the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Throughout the program, you will also participate in a structured learning program, which will focus on increasing your self-awareness, learning from others, and developing critical competencies for ongoing success.

To be eligible for the program, you must have a Bachelor's degree graduating in 2024 or graduated in 2023, with a degree in Science, Business & Commerce, or Engineering. Previous relevant work experience, including internships, is also highly desirable.
You must also have a strong desire for a career in a leadership role within a global organization, be energized by change, and have the ability to adapt to new assignments, managers, and businesses.
