Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Capital Projects Coordinator: All reactive and preventative maintenance repairs, capital projects including identification, review, design, costing, and implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to all certification requirements, WH&S, local and other government legislation.
  • Supervise and manage associates working in the department.
  • Contractor management and supervision.
  • Provide financial and operational reports.

 

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar building management role.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Technical trade or certificate desirable with experience across multiple service disciplines.
  • Unrestricted, ongoing working rights for Australia.
  • Time and project management skills with ability to work autonomously under pressure to achieve best outcomes.
