Customer Service Representative Role Overview

This position involves delivering exceptional customer service by promptly answering incoming phone calls and providing courteous assistance to clients and prospects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, maintaining accurate records, and efficiently processing mail and documents. They will also update and manage client databases with precise and up-to-date information.

Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will assist in payment processing and address billing inquiries to ensure smooth financial transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a professional demeanor.

A strong organizational skillset and attention to detail are essential for accurate record-keeping and document management.

Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management, is also required.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
