Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

We are seeking a full-time professional to join our award-winning team as a key member, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage client relationships, and produce welcome emails for new clients. You will also assist with client inquiries, draft and produce client communications, and respond to calls from key advisers.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively. You will also need to be energetic and motivated to resolve questions and support clients via excellent phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in the contact centre.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, managing relationships and producing welcome emails for new clients.
  • Assist with client inquiries aligned with our service offerings and liaise with key relationships.
  • Draft and produce client communications for advisors and managers.
  • Manage chat and email inquiries from advisers and clients.
  • Respond to calls from key advisers, supporting their needs including adviser and dealer group administration.
  • Apply effective problem-solving and time management skills in client service operations.
  • Address other service-related queries as assigned by your team leader.
