Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Client Care Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and has experience in client care and administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the clinic, including rostering, arranging cover and managing appointments
  • Training and supporting the Client Care team
  • Assisting with the efficient operation of the clinic across the region
  • Providing front-of-house support, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments and answering client enquiries
  • Basic troubleshooting of hearing devices
  • Accurate billing of appointments
  • Performing general office duties

Key responsibilities include acting as 2IC for the clinic, assisting with daily functions and being part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Solid experience in client care and administration, preferably in a multi-site environment
  • Passion for delivering outstanding client service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Advanced administrative skills, including computer proficiency
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to travel to cover leave at other clinics
