Pharmacist Intern Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacist Intern to join our team at a pharmacy located in a short drive west of the Newcastle CBD.

Job Summary:

As a Pharmacist Intern, you will work under supervision to handle the general day-to-day duties of a Pharmacist, including dispensing, counselling, and pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing and counselling patients on medication and pharmacy services
  • Working under supervision to develop your knowledge and skills in pharmacy services
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to patients and colleagues
  • Assisting with the management of pharmacy stock and supplies

Requirements:

  • Provisional registration as an Intern Pharmacist with AHPRA
  • Confidence in approaching and assisting customers from all backgrounds
  • Ability to work under supervision and develop your skills and knowledge in pharmacy services
