Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager

At Colliers, we are a team of enterprising professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Property Portfolio Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general management and overview of a national commercial portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
  • Lead a dedicated team and build strong relationships with clients and landlords to achieve business objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Facilitate resources, both in-house and outsourced, to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Liaise regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in property management
  • Class 1 Real Estate license preferred, Class 2 essential
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and work in a highly team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail
