Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Growth: Support the Managing Director in growing the investment portfolio through strategic business opportunities and new relationships.
  • Investor Pipeline Management: Manage the investor pipeline from origination to onboarding, including maintaining the pipeline and presenting regular updates to the executive team.
  • Investment Portfolio Management: Maintain and improve the investment portfolio management, including data input, analysis, and reporting.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all investments are properly documented and in order.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven results in raising capital and managing investment portfolios.
  • Investment Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage the investment process from deal origination to documentation and onboarding.
  • Relationship Development: Experience in investment relationship development and maintenance.
  • Private Credit Experience: Experience in private credit or similar (fixed income) and demonstrated ability to build and maintain valuable relationships in this sector.
  • Data Analysis: Experience in presenting data analysis to management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of private credit and investment management.
