
Ambitious Business Development Professional

As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across ANZ. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for open source technology to deliver business value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase adoption of Red Hat Ansible Automation software solutions.
- Collaborate with the Account team to analyze customers' business drivers and create compelling narratives that position Red Hat's automation solutions as a key enabler of digital transformation.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, working closely with the account management team, solutions architects, and professional services team.
- Meet or exceed quantitative and qualitative performance expectations.
- Apply leadership skills and extensive specialist experience to engage senior executives (C-Level decision makers) and win their mindshare.
- Ensure Red Hat's solutions are tailored to meet customer business requirements.
- Enable the Red Hat sales teams and partners to effectively communicate the business value derived from Red Hat's solutions.
- Produce referenceable success stories for strategic solutions wins.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience selling automation and management software offerings, cloud services, or related technology offerings.
- Value-based solutions selling experience; ability to translate customer business and transformation objectives to the value delivered by technology solutions.
- Creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passion for open source technology and understanding of the Red Hat software subscription business model.
- Proven ability to work seamlessly with global, cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers.
- Balance of strategic, tactical, technical, and creative thinking skills.
