Job Title:

Ambitious Hospitality Professional

 

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable hospitality professional to join our front-of-house team. As a rising star, you will work across reception and food and beverage areas, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

 

Your key responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, maintaining accurate records, taking bookings, and responding to guest queries in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for addressing guest requests, handling complaints positively, liaising with other departments, assisting with food and beverage service, and taking orders in the restaurant and serving beverages.

 

To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in a similar position, although this is not essential. A professional telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. You will also need to demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude, with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
