Role Overview

The Digital Services Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our campus technology infrastructure. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with significant technical experience and expertise in using ICT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the installation and maintenance of ICT and audio-visual equipment
  • Manage complex projects and provide exceptional customer service to our diverse university community
  • Resolve technical issues, oversee equipment deployment, and support learning spaces

Requirements

  • A relevant degree with at least 2 years of post-degree relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Proven skills in supporting ICT systems and services, including video conferencing, audio-visual technology, office productivity software, and university sector operating systems
  • Ability to liaise, advise, influence, and negotiate with clients from diverse backgrounds
