Job Opportunity:

A key role exists for a Support Services Coordinator to join our team in delivering high-quality customer service to clients accessing services.

The successful candidate will provide operational and administrative support to regional clinical staff, ensuring quality services are delivered to the veteran and families community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client enquiries and provide information and options in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Provide frontline administrative support and first point of contact to clients presenting for appointments.
  • Coordinate events, including group treatment and educative programs, internal meetings, and community-based events.
  • Support daily operations, including management of correspondence and deliveries, arranging travel, processing invoices, and responding to property and maintenance issues.
  • Support workplace practices in line with policies of Occupational Health and Safety, Workplace Diversity, and Australian Public Service Values.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Australian citizenship is required as per the Public Service Act 1999.
  • Pre-engagement screening checks will be conducted for all applicants external to DVA.
