Strategic Learning Facilitator

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a Strategic Learning Facilitator to join the dynamic team.

The Role:

In consultation with the manager and other colleagues, you will co-lead the design and delivery of curricular and co-curricular programs and services that empower students' academic success.

This includes embedding learning, digital, and professional literacies in units and courses with staff, and delivering concurrent support programs to all students, especially those most at risk.

You are committed to research-informed design and best practice in inclusive program delivery.

Your expertise and experience allow you to lead learning, digital, and professional literacies programs to maximise student success.

High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think strategically and creatively, allow you to respond proactively to faculty-specific needs and priorities.

Equally, your positive and flexible approach to unexpected or changing circumstances enables you to support both colleagues and stakeholders thoughtfully and effectively.
