Empowering Connections: National Student Engagement Lead

The key to this role is fostering student connections across campuses through an inclusive engagement strategy.
- This position drives student experience by working with internal and external partners to develop initiatives that promote unity and support diverse student needs.
- The manager oversees a national calendar of events, including student-led workshops, learning support sessions, and graduation ceremonies. They collaborate with stakeholders to create meaningful experiences that cater to students' unique requirements.
Effective collaboration, data-driven insights, and excellent communication are essential for achieving high levels of student satisfaction and success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing social media platforms for student engagement, monitoring online feedback, establishing alumni networks, coaching student ambassadors, and promoting counseling services.
- Executing the student satisfaction survey framework across the lifecycle, gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and meet reporting requirements.
- Engaging proactively with the student community to increase awareness and participation in campus events, foster connections, and promote well-being.
- Maintaining a consistent tone in written communications to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Coordinating nationally relevant student communications, including a student newsletter.
This role requires experience in event planning, student service provision, and cultural competence. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.
