As a Candidate Success Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping candidates succeed in the CA Program and related pathways programs. Based in Australia or New Zealand, you'll coordinate support services, develop tailored plans, and ensure candidates with accessibility needs are empowered to thrive. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Candidate Success Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping candidates succeed in the CA Program and related pathways programs. Based in Australia or New Zealand, you'll coordinate support services, develop tailored plans, and ensure candidates with accessibility needs are empowered to thrive. Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate Inclusive Support: Lead the development and delivery of tailored support plans under accessibility and progression policies, especially for high-risk candidates.
- Deliver Impactful Programs: Design, implement, and continuously improve service delivery plans that enhance candidate success.
- Streamline Operations: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficient and equitable support services.
- Leverage Data for Insight: Provide data-driven insights to inform reporting and strategic decisions across key education and compliance stakeholders.
- Optimise Systems & Records: Manage educational tech data and maintain accurate records, including attendance and incident reporting.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements, collaborating across teams to drive innovation.
You're a proactive, empathetic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. You bring experience in student or customer service, a strong sense of ethics, and a passion for helping others succeed. You're confident using digital tools, applying policy, and navigating sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
