Strategic Business Development Manager

The Junior Business Development Manager will be responsible for promoting our client's investment philosophy, portfolio construction beliefs, and investment products to prospective institutional investors, financial advisers, and family offices.
- Develop and manage outbound sales campaigns to target key clients and partners.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of workshops, professional development days, events, and seminars to intermediaries.
- Collaborate with regional managers on budget planning, tracking, and monitoring fund flows for the state.
- Provide reporting, meeting preparation, and follow-up support to regional managers, including competitor analysis.
