Strategic Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will spearhead the strategic direction of our core products, including Main App Trading, Loyalty Programs, VISA Card, and Pay. You will work closely with our Strategy team to conceptualize, execute, and monitor key strategic initiatives that drive commercial success.
You will be responsible for developing deep subject matter expertise in Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, Crypto Payments, and other relevant domains. You will also develop optimal pricing strategies for our core products using Excel modeling and data-driven insights.
In addition, you will conduct market research and analysis to advise on market/sub-sector strategy. You will coordinate cross-functional projects end-to-end, from timeline/deliverable planning to tracking/reporting.
You will design and draft requirements for new products or features and decide and analyze product KPIs to recommend improvements to drive revenue and user engagement.
