Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to drive our Microsoft-focused growth strategy. This role is instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning our solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work closely with clients to deliver transformative technology solutions that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Security solutions.
  • Expand and strengthen relationships within the Microsoft partner ecosystem to drive co-sell and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive account growth strategies, ensuring customer success through value-driven engagements.
  • Lead contract negotiations, closing deals that align with revenue and business growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Microsoft services, security solutions, and IT infrastructure products based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and Microsoft representatives to design and deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a strategic business development or sales role within the technology sector, with a focus on Microsoft solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Modern Workplace, or Infrastructure Services).
  • Experience selling or working with Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or other cloud and security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft's partner programs and go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing strategic client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take full ownership of territory and drive growth.
