Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSEQ Advisor to play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact on the workplace.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks, implement controls, and develop effective procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and assessing risks using critical analysis and review skills
  • Train and coach employees on VOC training tools and inductions
  • Develop and maintain effective procedures and guidelines
  • Effectively communicate HSEQ issues to all levels of personnel in a timely manner
  • Work with other Training Advisors to create consistent delivery and assessment of training across the business
  • Participate in and/or conduct incident investigations and audits
  • Conduct regular HSE audits and reviews
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations
  • Deliver health, safety, and environment awareness sessions/toolbox meetings to workers
  • Review and update safe work procedures/instructions and other documentation where required
  • Liaise with clients as necessary

Requirements:

  • Self-driven with ability to work autonomously
  • Prepared to work in various environments, including remote locations
  • Certificate IV in OHS/WHS (or working towards completion)
  • Team-focused with moderate computer literacy
  • Ability to write and review reports based on findings
  • Investigative qualifications, such as ICAM or 5 Whys
  • Residency in Perth, Western Australia
  • Physically fit, healthy, and able to pass a PEM, including ongoing medicals and DAS
