HSE Advisor Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team on a long-term lithium project in the South West WA region.

Lycopodium delivers high-quality professional engineering and project delivery services globally, across various industries. As an HSE Advisor, you will assist in maintaining health safety and environmental systems, schedules, and data to support the delivery of safe projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and report on health safety performance
  • Provide relief health safety support to sites as needed
  • Conduct health safety systems audits and provide recommendations
  • Monitor audit schedules and corrective action items
  • Oversee incident reporting protocols and data management
  • Facilitate project risk assessments
  • Align health safety Management Plans and training packages
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certifications or qualifications within the health safety / OHS space
  • Experience in EPC/EPCM/Client/Owner is desirable
  • Experience in SMP/Construction
  • Considerable health safety experience in a previous engineering / resources related environment
  • Thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Well-developed technical writing and verbal communication skills
