Job Description
We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to support residents maintain independence and dignity in their daily lives.
Our ideal candidate will provide personal care, assist with meal delivery and refreshments, record observations and update resident care plans as required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care to enhance residents' independence and dignity.
- Assisting with meal delivery and serving refreshments.
- Recording observations and documenting any changes to resident care plans.
- Collaborating with registered nurses and enrolled nurses to ensure high-quality care.
- A current National Police Certificate.
- A relevant Certificate III qualification.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in residential aged care.
