Site Maintenance and Groundskeeping Specialist">

We're seeking a skilled Site Maintenance and Groundskeeping Specialist to join our team at Ingenia Lifestyle Stoney Creek in Marsden Park. This is a permanent full-time position responsible for ensuring the appearance and maintenance of our site.

The successful applicant will have previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position, hold a driver's license, and be able to work with limited supervision. They'll also need great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail.

  • Administer all repairs and maintenance to tools, equipment, and machinery
  • Regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation
  • Ensure sites are maintained and presented at a high standard at all times
  • Complete garden labour tasks such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing
  • Ensure proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables, and gardening equipment
  • Other tasks including emptying rubbish bins and garden restoration

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position
  • Driver's license
  • Able to work with limited supervision
  • Great customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
