Lead Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to play a vital role in our organization.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can analyze business processes and implement functional application requirements in SAP. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, recommending process improvements, and designing solutions to meet business needs.

  • Analyze and document business processes within the functional area of expertise
  • Recommend business process improvements
  • Design (technical) solutions to functional requirements
  • Customize and implement solutions within a business application such as SAP
  • Work with IT Analysts from other functional areas to ensure processes integrate/interface seamlessly
  • Recommend changes needed to corresponding master data
  • Document all customising and program changes
  • Write requirements and technical specifications as well as test scripts
  • Test all customising and program changes
  • Keep systems and applications in a validated state according to legal and corporate requirements
  • Train key users on the changes
  • Provide ongoing support to users for the processes and functions within the responsibility of the IT Analyst
  • Manage, update and communicate status of open issue list assigned
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments within the functional area of responsibility
  • Time management: balance time between projects and ongoing support
