Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our cruise holiday team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with our team to deliver outstanding results, meet sales targets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cruise Sales and Operations: Lead and manage the sale of cruise holidays, including quoting, booking, and invoicing.
  2. Team Management: Supervise and develop the performance of our cruise holiday team members.
  3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Requirements:

  1. Customer Service Experience: Proven experience working in a customer-facing role, providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  2. Cruise Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cruise industry, including its trends, products, and services.
  3. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
