About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at HelloFresh Australia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering ROI across Affiliate and Partnership channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Harness your data-driven mindset to optimise partner and affiliate performance, troubleshoot challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Grow customer conversions and ROI by identifying and testing high-impact exposure opportunities, recruiting high-value driving partners, and negotiating and innovating exposure, commission structures, and offer structures with partners.
  • Optimise partner performance by identifying and executing multiple initiatives, such as discount adjustments, tenancy/exposure, pay-out structures, creative strategies, or landing page optimisations.
  • Be accountable for budget management, conversion targets, and ROI targets.
  • Conduct data-driven, methodical diagnosis/health checks of the channel to surface and qualify key challenges and opportunities.
  • Work across the business with local and global teams to improve HelloFresh marketing efforts.
  • Represent HelloFresh within the ANZ affiliate industry and to Global and Local Partners, building a network of productive and fruitful relationships.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Australian Affiliate Industry with established industry and publisher relationships.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of affiliate landscape and tracking platforms (e.g. Impact Radius).
  • Experience in media buying and large-scale budget handling.
  • An understanding of all types of affiliate reward models.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
