Head of Growth Marketing

CMC Markets is seeking a seasoned growth marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the Asia-Pacific region. As Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven growth strategy to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional growth workstream to support regional business revenue goals.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute a lifecycle vision to enhance retention and growth.
  • Drive paid digital and SEO strategy to deliver efficient acquisition and activation.
  • Analyze market data and performance marketing data to manage large budgets for paid advertising.
  • Own website conversion targets and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in growth or performance marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in people management.
  • Extensive experience with incrementality-based measurement approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders.
