About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Manager to join our Marketing team at Compare Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Optimise and Innovate: Identify and test new growth opportunities through creative experimentation on channels like Meta Ads, TikTok, Video Ads, and more, leading day-to-day management of marketing channels and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with the Performance & Growth team, Business Lead, Product team, and other departments to enhance customer experiences and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Partner Relationships: Engage with media account managers, publishers, and external partners to ensure optimal results.
  • Test and Analyse: Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to optimise marketing efforts, utilising data analytics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Your Experience and Capability
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, or a related field with a focus on growth.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
