Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the delivery of projects within regions, ensuring they are completed within defined scope, timelines, and parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team leaders and members.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and goals, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to global Customer Engagement function and best practices, including deploying and adhering to new standards and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define program and project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Line management of regional project managers and other project team resources, as needed.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects within regions, ensuring they are completed within defined scope, timelines, and parameters.
  • Collaborate proactively with product, technology, and wider business teams to identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Regularly monitor and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Monitor resource utilisation and adjust plans as needed to address changing circumstances.
