Program Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Lead to join our team, responsible for leading the delivery of our programs and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in leading teams and driving performance. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of program strategies and plans
- Manage and motivate a team of program staff to deliver high-quality programs
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, education, project management)
- 5+ years of experience in program management, team leadership, or operational management roles
- Proven track record of achieving registration targets, attendance goals, and participant engagement outcomes
- Strong project and budget management experience
