This role is a critical position within our organization, focused on delivering high-quality offender intervention programs. As a Senior Program Delivery Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management and treatment of offenders incarcerated or subject to community-based supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assessment and treatment processes for offenders, working closely with dedicated delivery sites.">
  • Provide advice, recommendations, and practice supervision related to assessment processes and program delivery at a local level.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.">
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of high-security placement accommodation for sentenced and remand women.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, education, or behavioural sciences.">
  • Postgraduate studies in a related field and affiliation with a relevant professional association will be highly regarded.">
  • Experience in program supervision, general and/or sexual offending program delivery, coaching, mentoring, community engagement, key stakeholder liaison, and knowledge interpretation.">
  • Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as demonstrated ability to prepare complex reports.">
